Every surrogate candidate's records are read by a physician, Dr. Mark Silverberg, who writes a medical summary for the intended parents' clinic before matching. Fees are fixed, every dollar sits with a licensed independent escrow agent, and we publish our results.

What do we provide?
- A physician medical summary on every candidate
- Dr. Mark Silverberg reads every surrogate candidate's prenatal and delivery records and writes a summary for your clinic before matching.
- Monthly case reporting

- Fixed fees
- Our program fee is set in the agreement and does not change mid-journey.
- Independent escrow
- PLS never holds client funds. A licensed independent escrow agent pays the surrogate and vendors.
- Defined match times
- We define the match clock (signed agreement to accepted match) and publish our median every year.
