For intended parents

Surrogacy for intended parents, with a nurse beside you from match to birth.

The short answer

A gestational surrogacy journey with Private Label Surrogacy takes about 18 to 24 months from consultation to birth. It typically costs $[TOTAL_LOW] to $[TOTAL_HIGH] all in before clinic fees. You meet Nancy Block, RN for a one-hour consultation, sign an agreement with a fixed program fee of $[FEE], and are introduced to a surrogate whose medical records Dr. Silverberg has already reviewed. Your funds sit with an independent escrow agent. From there: legal contracts, medical screening, embryo transfer, pregnancy, a pre-birth parentage order, and birth.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know my money is safe?

You know your money is safe when it is not in the agency's possession. Ask who holds it, whether that company is licensed and independent, whether you receive statements directly, and whether the agency has signing authority. At PLS the answers are: a licensed independent escrow agent you can choose; yes, licensed; yes, directly; no. If an agency holds funds in its own accounts, or will not name the escrow company, walk away.

How long will I really wait for a surrogate?

With PLS, the time from signed agreement to an accepted match has averaged about nine months [CONFIRM], and our target for 2027 is six months or fewer. Agencies measure this differently; some start the clock at "profile complete" or stop it at "introduction". We define it as signed agreement to mutual acceptance and publish the median each year.

Can I choose my surrogate?

Yes, and she chooses you. Nancy presents one candidate at a time whose screening is complete and whose records Dr. Silverberg has reviewed. You read her profile, meet by video, and both sides decide. You can decline without penalty. We present one at a time because parallel "shopping" wastes candidates and because the first screened match is usually the right one.

What if the transfer fails?

About [X]% of transfers do not result in a clinical pregnancy [cite SART by age group]. Your contract specifies compensation for the surrogate per transfer (typically $1,000 at PLS), and most agreements allow up to three transfers with the same surrogate. Escrow funds not used stay yours. If your surrogate becomes medically ineligible, PLS rematches you for the current fee less $5,000 [CONFIRM].
