This policy covers privatelabelsurrogacy.com. It explains what we collect through the website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Information you share later in a journey, such as medical records, is covered by your agreement with us and by the clinics and professionals involved.
What do we collect?
- What you type into a form. The surrogate prescreen, the parent questionnaire, the contact forms and SurrogacyHotline ask for your name, email, phone and the answers you give. The prescreen asks eligibility questions such as age, state and height and weight; we store the BMI it calculates, not your height and weight.
- A one-way code made from your IP address. We use it to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the address itself, and the code changes every day.
- Anonymous page statistics. We use Umami, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Why do we collect it?
To answer you, to decide with you whether surrogacy with PLS is a fit, and to keep spam out. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where is it stored, and who sees it?
Form submissions are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and emailed to our team. Only PLS staff see them. A surrogate's information is never shared with intended parents, and a family's never with a surrogate, without that person's permission. Spam checks are done by Cloudflare Turnstile.
How long do we keep it?
As long as we need it to answer you or to run your journey, and as required by law. Ask us to delete it at any time.
