Can I use a friend or family member as my surrogate?
The short answer
Yes. PLS's Cycle Management program screens your known surrogate (records review by Dr. Silverberg, psychological evaluation, background and insurance review), prepares the medical summary for your clinic, and coordinates the journey for $[CM_FEE]. She must meet the same medical criteria as any other candidate.
