How does the PLS surrogate referral program work?

Private Label Surrogacy pays a referral bonus when a woman you refer completes screening and is matched as a PLS surrogate. Three steps: give her the referral link or have her enter your name in the 'How did you hear about us' field of the five-minute prescreen; she goes through the standard screening (interview, records review by Dr. Silverberg, psychological evaluation, background check); the bonus is paid to you after she is matched and her contract is signed. There is no limit on referrals, you do not need to be a current PLS surrogate to refer, and the referred candidate's compensation is not reduced. Referred candidates must meet every requirement; a referral does not shortcut screening.
